“IT’S MORE FUN TO BE A PIRATE THAN TO JOIN THE NAVY”

FIT LIKE A GLOVE
FLAG isn’t just another boxing gym. We are a fitness community that believes in its people and the values we stand for. FLAG is passion. Excitement. Courage. Health. Saying 'no' to sleepwalking through life. Being brave. Understanding the urgency of the moment. Showing up for your dream. Being unstoppable. Celebrating here and now. Cultivating relationships. Being a bit of a rebel. Having fun. Starting the fire. Causing problems. Pushing through the limits. Being unbreakable. Refusing to follow the status quo. Embracing change. Falling in love with discomfort. Having obsessions. Constantly growing. Making the most of what we've got.
MEET THE FOUNDER
As the head coach and founder, Mali lives and breathes the FLAG ethos. Tough as a nail and almost military in her coaching approach, she brings out the best in others and helps them unlock their full potential, expecting nothing less than excellence from herself. Maniacally obsessed with all things fitness, she constantly develops professionally to stay on top of the game. She loves teaching boxing and conditioning and, although her classes are far from plain sailing, the sense of humor and sarcasm (alongside legendary playlists) she brings to the table make the whole experience as painful as fun- whoever gives it a go gets immediately hooked! Being a firm believer in Tony Robbins' saying that 'the quality of our life is the quality of our relationships', Mal invests hell of a lot of energy in bringing people together. She truly is the force not to be reckoned with, making kindness, loyalty and a supportive attitude her strongest weapons.
