    Seadogs and scallywags, the class is designed to deliver the amazing benefits of boxing no matter your experience. Expect high energy and mastering the technique through pad work and partner drills.

  • BOXING SPARRING

    Full contact, head and body sparring is the closest to a real fight training experience. That said, it's designed for you to learn and practise your skills, not to kill your partner. Gum shields in, egos out (both conditions mandatory) and let's get ready to rumble!

  • COMBAT CONDITIONING

    Improve your strength, punching power and cardiovascular fitness with this high intensity class. Expect bodyweight and DB exercises, lots of explosive movements and loud music to drown out your cries for mercy.

  • PERSONAL TRANING
